The process is taking too long / why do I have to wait that long for the install?

The Heat Pump you have selected is very popular and as a result, we need to organise an install date when both the product and one of our installer partners is available to carry out the installation. In some cases, the location of the customer and or business can also impact the installation date as we need to ensure we have installers working in your area that are available to carry out the install.
