Will IPART publish a central register of Exempt Energy Programs (EEPs)?

Yes, IPART’s Exempt and low-income energy programs webpage lists approved EEPs. The Home Energy Saver Discounts Program (not the Loans program) is currently the only approved EEP. They will update their website as additional programs are approved.
