Why is the advertised rebate in 2026 different to last year?

REPS underwent a significant reduction in scheme targets, and an increase in REPS code requirements and Obliged Retailer liabilities in December 2025 – January 2026.

As a result, rebate values, and even activity eligibility or viability, is considerably different in 2026 compared to the 2021 - 2025 REPS period.
