Why are the battery requirements so complex?

 We recognise some stakeholders feel scheme requirements are complex and add costs and administrative burden. PDRS requirements aim to support safe implementations that manage risks associated with batteries, are fit for purpose and meet customer needs, and promote scheme objectives. These requirements are intended to protect scheme integrity while balancing workability and practicality.
