What does my proof of purchase (Tax Invoice/Receipt) need to show?

  • The name, address, and ABN of the retailer/supplier business
  • The date of purchase or issuing of the invoice
  • The product brand and model
  • The price of the product
  • The amount you paid for the product
  • Your name and residential address (for residential claims) or business address (for non-residential/business claims) for where the appliance is installed / being used.
    • If your name and installation address are not shown on the Tax Invoice, you must provide us an additional proof of purchase document, such as a sales order or delivery docket, to link the purchased product to your installation address.
