How long does it take to get my VEU Appliance rebate?

Rebates for VEU Appliance claims, including Televisions, Clothes Dryers, Induction Cooktops and Fridges, typically take up to 60-days to pay.

This allows time for the claim:

to be received and audited by Ecovantage
to have additional documentation be requested (if/when required)
to be submitted to the Essential Services Commission (ESC) to assess the claim and check previous claims at that address
to have the VEECs registered by the ESC
to be paid into the consumer's bank account by Ecovantage once VEECs are registered with the ESC
